What qualifies me to speak with such conviction?
I hold two degrees in psychology from Stanford University, multiple advanced coaching certifications and bring decades of leadership to my practice. I leverage tools and techniques from positive and performance psychology, neuroscience, cognitive behavioral therapy, co-active coaching and more.
Prior to coaching, I was a partner at Lippincott, a global brand strategy and design firm where I led dynamic teams of strategists, innovators, and designers to revitalize household names like Walmart and Southwest Airlines.
I recently relocated to Maine with my husband and two kids, aged 9 and 12. Though work often takes me to NYC or the Bay Area, I spend as much time as I can in Maine’s wild and wonderful wilderness.
